ALICIA MIRABILIS
Instructor Vedran spots during a night dive, on the 20th of juli 2011, the very rare anemone Alicia Mirabilis.
Alicia mirabilis has not been seen in the Adriatic of central Croatia since 2002.
The anemone moves very slowly so for the next period of time we can admire Alicia with our divers.
The Alicia looks like a rock during the daytime but at night she opens up and stretches herself up to 40 cm hight.
With her venomenous tentackles, that can reach a length of 1 meter, she catches small fish and plankton
