| The Croatian government has changed the regulations about scuba diving in Croatia in January 2003 Until 2003 diving was allowed in Croatia if you were in the possession of a Croatian diving permission (costs 100 Kuna). Except in protected area’s you could dive independently anywhere in Croatia with this permission. People who want to dive can only dive under the direct supervision of a registered Croatian diving centre. The Croatian diving permission of 100 Kuna was cancelled in 2011.
